This Web Hosting Agreement is between Gatnet and the person/persons who use our web hosting service. Please read carefully to ensure you understand our terms before purchasing any of our products or services. Access to and use of our website at www.gatnet.in (the “Website”), either as a guest or a registered user, is subject to these Terms of Use. In these Terms of Use, “we”, “us” and “our” means Gatnet, who operates this Website.
You understand and acknowledge that Gatnet act as an "Intermediary" as defined under clause (1) sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Gatnet is a brand owned by "GATLOP TEHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED" CIN: U72900TN2020PTC136935 which owns, retains and has complete rights in Gatnet and the Gatnet's Website Services.
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under pertaining to electronic records as applicable and amended. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and the terms and conditions for access or usage of www.gatnet.in ("Website")
By accessing the above domain name(s), you will be guided to the Website. These Terms of Use apply to all use of the Website, regardless of which of the above domain names you use to gain access to the Website. Use of the Website includes, but is not limited to, accessing, browsing or registering to use the Website.
If you use any part of the Website, that use is considered your acceptance of these Terms of Use. That acceptance applies from the date on which you first access the Website. You should stop using the Website straight away if you do not agree with these Terms of Use.
Gatnet provides Shared hosting, Cloud Server, Email Hosting, SSL Certificates, Domain Names, Control Panels, Software License and Other Addons. All customers should agree on all terms and conditions stated prior to their signing up for any of the hosting plans and services mentioned on Gatnet.
You shall agree to use only licensed and legal third party softwares in connection with your use of our services. Gatnet reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s access to any or all services provided, at any time, or when Gatnet decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

Customers are required to provide current, complete and accurate personal and billing information as part of the registration process.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of the information provided as part of the registration process and for all activities that occur under the registered account.
Customers must ensure that the name and email address in the registered account matches that of the linked payment account.
Gatnet is not liable for any loss or damages arising from failures to provide accurate account information by a Customer.
You may not resell any shared hosting or email hosting services provided by Gatnet Hosting. This includes, but is not limited to, email accounts, add-on domains, sub-domains and FTP accounts. Reselling permissions are strictly not allowed at the moment and violation of this policy will result in immediate termination with no refunds given.
Any overpayments made will be automatically added to the Customer's credit balance and are considered non-refundable.
A credit balance can only be used to pay for Gatnet Hosting services and generated invoices will automatically be paid using available credit.
Customers can contact support ONLY via email/ticket at any time for free support regarding the core-functionalities of a service. Live Chat and Phone Support facility is provided only for help with general queries. However, for anything that requires investigation, or anything urgent please ensure you raise a support ticket.
Creating additional responses and/or responding to a ticket in an attempt to expedite our procedure is considered an abuse of our support and will result in the ticket being moved to the back.
We try to answer most of the queries within 60mins. Although this is not a guaranteed resolution/response time.
Gatnet collects daily backups of active web hosting accounts and then we remotely transfer this data to the German DC and retain it for up to 30 days. These backups are intended for emergency data recovery only and not for the correction of Customer made mistakes.
Any advertised backup services provided by Gatnet are offered with no warranty or guarantee of their date, accuracy, and integrity.
Storage space is meant for files related to your website or email. Using your storage space for backups, file sharing or any long or short term data storage is not permitted. This also includes the usage of cloud storage apps such as ownCloud or NextCloud.
If Gatnet receives a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment gateway provider, your Services may be suspended. A ₹2000 chargeback fee, plus any outstanding balances as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before Services are restored.
Choosing a specific server location during your order does not guarantee that location will be available. Gatnet reserves the right to substitute the chosen server location as necessary and/or move user accounts to alternate server locations as needed at any time.
Gatnet guarantees a 99.9% service uptime on all web and email hosting services.
Should we fail to deliver this for any month, your account will be credited for the duration of downtime.
This guarantee does not include maintenance periods, where we schedule downtime to perform a task on the server nor does it include downtime caused directly by customer actions or third parties.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service at our sole discretion.
The ownership and control of any IP address allocated to the Customer as part of the Services remains with Gatnet. Gatnet can change or remove any IP address at its sole discretion at any time.
Customer may request a refund within 30 days of the applicable hosting service being activated.
Cloud Server, Ghost Blog Hosting, SSL Certificates, Software licenses, Control Panel licenses, domain names, IP addresses, Addons, promotional packages and gateway fees are non-refundable. This money back guarantee applies for the first order and may only be redeemed once.
The Service must be cancelled via the Gatnet Portal and then a email must be sent to initiate the refund process.
Gatnet reserves the right to reject a refund request if any provision of these Terms of Service has been violated by the Customer.
Invoices for recurring services will be issued 10 days in advance of the due date.
Unpaid services will be suspended 3 days past the due date on the service.
Unpaid services will be terminated 7 days past the due date on the service.
If client requested for cancellation, Immediate type cancellations are processed automatically at 08:00am IST the following morning and End of Cycle type cancellations are processed automatically at 08:00am IST on the service's next due date.
Once cancellation has been run on a service, all related data and backups are destroyed, and any associated IP Addresses released back into the available pool. This process cannot be reversed.
All the discounts provided by Gatnet Hosting is one-time basis, unless it is explicitly mentioned as recurring.
Affiliates are paid flat 20% for every new referral excluding GST. For example if a product price is Rs.1000 and GST is Rs.180, then client pays Rs.1,180. But for affiliate commission, only the product price, in this case Rs.1000 is alone taken to account.
The payment withhold time is 45 Days.
If a client cancels their service before the withhold period, then commission is not eligible for those clients
Minimum Amount to withdraw the commission is Rs.2500.
Self Signups are Strictly Prohibited.
Budget Hosting, SSL Certificates, Domain Names, Software/Control Panel License and any other product addons are not eligible for affiliate commission
Resource limits details are available on the Knowledgebase sections or contact us to know the limits.
Exceeding the resource limit will lead to suspension of the service and a email will be sent on the same.
Once the service owner replies to the ticket acknowledging that they understand the issue and how to correct the problem, the service will be reactivated and the service owner will have 24 hours to prevent any further resource limit issues
Gatnet has right to modify the resource limit at any time and clients will be notified about this.
The following material is not allowed on any Gatnet hosting servers:
- IRC related items
- Proxy scripts, VPN scripts
- Nulled, warez or pirated software
- Image or file hosting
- Rapid Leech scripts
- Spam or bulk mail scripts
- Hacking sites, PTC sites
- Sites that promote illegal activity
- Sites or forums that link to and/or distribute illegal content or copyrighted material
- Sites that host or link to copyrighted material without proper consent
- Bitcoin miners
- Chatroom scripts
- Auto-blog scripts or plugins
- Social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) auto-post or auto-like scripts
- Adult materials
- Games
Any account found violating this policy will be suspended and potentially terminated with no refunds given.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to this webpage.
